Off the rack gowns may have been tried on, but never altered or worn for a wedding. There is possibly of minor issues such as buttons missing, beads have fallen off, loose threads, etc. We do our best to make notes whenever possible. This is why we are able to offer the gown at a discount to cover cleaning and alterations. If the dress is listed as 'new' then there are no issues and the gown is in excellent condition. We offer free shipping on all wedding gowns. 

Returns

The buyer must notify Truly Yours Bridal that they wish to return the dress within 2 days of receiving the dress. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping. The dress must be unaltered and be returned in the same condition. After the dress is received by the seller, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued (minus a $35 restocking fee).

If the dress arrives damaged beyond repair then the dress may be returned with no restocking or shipping fee.
