Returns
Unlike other stores, we do accept returns on most wedding gowns. We will even pay for the return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Discontinued dresses
Plus size dresses
Custom measurement dresses
Sale dresses
Accessories

There will be a 50% restocking fee for any returned dress. If you used the credit given to you when you purchased the dress on accessories or other dresses (the full amount or a portion of the credit), the amount that you used will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

Please do not send your dress back to the manufacturer.


Return Process
If you would like to start a return, please email us within 3 days of receiving your gown to let us know the reason for the return. If your dress is eliglible for a return, we will email you a return label. Please contact UPS to schedule a pick up or drop the package off at the nearest UPS location. Keep a receipt as proof of drop off. Once the item is returned, we will then process your refund (see below).


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (Your request will be rejected if the dress has been worn or altered).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bryan@trulyyoursbridal.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bryan@trulyyoursbridal.com and send your item to: 5560 foundation st Williamsburg Virginia US 23188.



Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
